A. Lotfy Residence

For this spacious corner lot in Marassi overlooking the lake, we wanted to maximize the activities and locations where the family can utilize these breath-taking views. The pool and sunken seating area are both situated close to the edge of the lot, so was the large dining area which was situated to make use of the building shade while overlooking the lake. The goal of having different settings as well was for them to suit different climates for the different seasons.
