Workpod

In 2018, the idea of WORKPOD was built specifically to provide co-working office spaces with all their modern amenities. With the increase in real estate & construction prices, this project offers business owners a chance to readily move into a functioning office building – hassle free- for reasonable prices. The business model targets different business scales starting with small start-ups to medium-scale companies. Along with the usual office services provided, the building includes a gym and a large cafeteria overlooking the depressed plaza. (both accessible to the public and to the employees.) WORKPOD also includes an event space for 80 persons and private underground Parking
