AM King Mariout Residence

A home designed for a young couple looking to move out of the city seeking outdoor living spaces for their new baby to grow in and explore. The house was designed inside out in an iterative process where architecture, interior design, and landscape design worked simultaneously to produce a home that fits in the site comfortably and satisfies the owners’ needs and aspirations for their new home. Since it’s a year-round home, a winter garden was also designed to maximize the outdoor space use in the harsher winter months.
