Jara Residences

We were approached by ‘HEPTA for investment’ to further develop their residential project. We did a facelift to the original architectural facades and worked on the landscape design. The internal road leading to the different residences which is partially covered by the buildings was our focus, it was essential to create an attractive entryway to the residents as they enter their home. The design concept was taken further into the building where we worked on the various ground floor entrances.
