W.R Residence

This project is a family residence in King Mariout, Alexandria. It consists of 5 residences grouped into 1 main building. There is 1 main residence for the parents and there are 4 others for the sons & daughters’ families. They are grouped together to save space in the land to be used for landscaping and outdoor activities. Each residence has its own private backyard but they all share the amenities (pool, large yard, basketball court, gym, etc.. )

Designed as a weekend retreat from the bustle of Alexandria, this residence captures a resort-like feel with the integration of landscaping into the large volumes that define the 5 villas.
